RTO HOMES was founded by Ray Vesely in 2018 in response to the recently introduced stress test. As a CEO of a development company that had just built a multi-family building, he began to be contacted by potential buyers who
were unable to obtain a traditional mortgage due to the stress test. As a solution to this issue, Ray offered them to rent the apartments they wanted to purchase until they were eligible for financing from the bank.

Our Process
Similar to the process of leasing a vehicle, RTO HOMES buys the property, holds the title and leases it to the client until the client is ready to purchase.
RTO HOMES operates in two provinces, providing 26 rental units across British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.
